Mrs. Rutledge has been in child care since 1993 and has lived
in Oklahoma most of her life. She has a passion to provide a
place for children to learn, achieve new goals, and to feel safe
and loved. She also has a huge passion to make sure children
know and learn about Jesus. She is happily married and has a
beautiful 5 month old baby boy. With her vast experience as
a Director she will continue to grow the school to be the best
it can be!

Kelley Ross is 29 years old and has grown up in Oklahoma
City. She and her husband Thomas will celebrate their 10th
wedding anniversary in April. They have been blessed with
three beautiful children. Kelley has been in various fields of
childcare for 8 years, including Mother’s Day Out programs &
working in Kids’ ministry, as well as the public school system.
She has been with TLHA since we opened in January 2006.
Her goal is to be a big part of growing our center and to make
sure that every child that comes through our doors learns
about Christ. Her favorite scripture is III John vs. 2, “I
pray that you prosper and be in health, as your soul
prospers.”
